Labor Rates

Our general service, diagnosis, and repair labor rates are as follows:
 

Regular Hours: Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. daily.

Regular Hourly Labor rate including travel time to the job is $80.00 per hour with a minimum charge of one (1) hour ($80.00), and per quarter hour charges at the same rate after that first hour. (ie. $20.00 per quarter hour.) Unless prior arrangements have been made, payment upon completion of services rendered is customary.

Overtime: Monday through Friday from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. daily, as well as all day Saturdays and Sundays.

Overtime Hourly Labor rate (time and a half) including travel time to the job is $120.00 per hour with a minimum charge of one (1) hour ($120.00), and per quarter hour charges at the same rate after that first hour. (ie. $30.00 per quarter hour.) It is customary to be prepared to pay for overtime service when rendered.

Major Holidays: New Year's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day.

Holiday Hourly Labor rate (double time) including travel time to job is $160.00 per hour with a minimum charge of one (1) hour ($160.00), and per quarter hour charges at the same rate after that first hour. (ie. $40.00 per quarter hour.) It is customary to be prepared to pay for overtime service when rendered.

Preventive Maintenance:
Twice a year preventive maintenance programs cost typically between $150.00 and $180.00 per air conditioning and heating system. The price is mostly dependent on the type of heating system that you have (oil, gas, electric). If you have more than one system in your home, multiple system discounts will apply that compensate for reduced travel and set-up times. Please call our office during regular hours to determine your cost.

Estimate to Replace System:
We will provide an estimate to replace an existing air conditioning and heating system at no charge. However, if time is spent to diagnose a failure prior to that estimate, that time will be billed for and collected as outlined above. That payment for the diagnostic call will be applied against the cost of the new system (ie. a credit) if it is purchased within thirty (30) days of the date of service.
