Warranty

WARRANTIES:

Labor:

Labor is warrantied on all work performed for thirty (30) days, or longer at our office and servicers discretion, during normal regular working hours.

Parts:

Parts will be warrantied based on the individual manufacturers policy.

Equipment:

Equipment warranties are now typically up to five (5) years for parts and up to ten (10) years for compressors and refrigerant coils. If we can determine that your unit is still under the manufacturers warranty, we will do our best to obtain warranty parts for you to save you from un-neccessary expense. If you are unable to provide the original date of installation of your unit, the manufacturing date and serial number may be used to determine warranty status.

Extended Warranty:

Extended parts and labor warranties up to ten (10) years are frequently being sold with a new unit purchase. Usually the original installer will provide this service through the unit manufacturer.

New Units:

New equipment that we install is covered by one (1) full year of labor warranty during regular business hours by Proctor's.
